I really don't feel like a successful crossword blogger yet. I've been at it for three months now, but I've never had any Anonymous school marms leave me any comments about my grammar, which I know ain't very good.

"Ain't" is not a proper word. You should have used "isn't."
Not to nitpick, but your last sentence is incorrect. You should have used the defenestrative invertebrate case in the last clause, written thusly: "What I know ain't not really all that bad, or something."
